How much does restaurant social media management cost in London?
UK restaurant social media management runs anywhere from £150 to £5,000+ a month. Hospitality studios like us sit in the £600–£1,500/month bracket for Starter and Growth retainers, with Full Service typically £1,500–£3,000/month — every plan is a fixed monthly price quoted per venue, depending on shoot frequency, content volume and whether ads are included. Ad spend is always separate and goes straight to Meta — we don't take a cut of the media budget.
Do you create the content too, or just schedule it?
We create everything we post. That includes reels, captions, story templates and the imagery — shot at your venue during our monthly content day. Scheduling-only retainers aren't what we do, because they don't move the needle.
How often will you post on my accounts?
Starter is 12 posts and 4 reels a month. Growth is 20 posts and 10 reels. Full Service is daily, including stories and reactive coverage. The cadence is built around how often your menu and offers actually change — over-posting an empty calendar burns audience trust.
Will you reply to comments and DMs?
Yes. Engagement is included on every retainer in business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm). Out-of-hours coverage is available on Full Service and at weekends during peak season.
Do you run Meta ads as well as organic?
Yes. We run Meta (Instagram and Facebook) ads for bookings, footfall and follower growth, with full reporting. Ad management is bundled into Growth and Full Service, or available as an add-on for Starter clients.
Can we cancel if it's not working?
Yes. Retainers run month-to-month after a 90-day initial period. We send a clear monthly report so you can see what worked, what didn't, and what we're changing next month.
Do you only work with London restaurants?
No — social media management is run remotely, so we work with venues across London and the UK. For London and South East venues we pair it with monthly on-site shoot days; Soho, Shoreditch, Mayfair, Hackney and the City are among the patches we cover regularly, plus Hoddesdon, Hertford and Ware near our Hertfordshire base.
