Working with us

These terms apply to projects, retainers and shoot bookings with Strapture. We'll always confirm the specific scope, deliverables and price of your project in writing before we begin.

Quotes and booking

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A project or shoot is confirmed once you've accepted the quote and the upfront invoice has cleared.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, projects and shoots are billed 50% on booking and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. Ad spend, third-party platform fees and travel outside the M25 are billed separately at cost.

Cancellation and rescheduling

For shoot bookings: 48-hour notice gets a full refund of the upfront payment. Inside 48 hours we keep the upfront to cover the slot and rebook you free of charge within 60 days. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice after any minimum term.

Ownership and licensing

On full payment, you own a full commercial licence to use the photos, video and design we deliver. We keep the right to show selected work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Liability

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
